Returns
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, accessories, and invoice are included
- The product is not physically damaged
Non-Returnable Items
- Software products or license keys
- Downloaded digital products
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Items without original packaging or invoice
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment.
Replacement
Replacement is applicable only in case of:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product delivered
Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Warranty Claims
